Refund, Returns & Auction Policy

Doc’s Open Box LLC
General Store Purchases (In-Store & Online – Regular Merchandise)
All items sold by Doc’s Open Box LLC are sold “AS-IS,” with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Our inventory consists of liquidation, customer returns, open-box items, shelf pulls, used merchandise, and various secondary-market goods. Condition may vary, and some items may have cosmetic wear, missing parts, or unknown defects. Customers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchase.
Doc’s Open Box LLC does not provide warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Print-On-Demand / Custom Printed Items
Print-on-demand merchandise may be eligible for replacement or refund only in the event of:
• manufacturing defects
• misprints
• damage in transit
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the issue.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, preference, size dissatisfaction, or incorrect selection made by the customer.
Auction Purchases
Payment Requirement
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction end time.
Failure to pay may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and items being relisted.
Pickup Requirement
Auction purchases must be picked up within 7 days of auction end.
After 7 days, either of the following may apply at our discretion:
• a $5 per item per week storage fee, or
• the item may be considered abandoned and resold with no refund issued
Inspection at Pickup
Buyers may inspect their item at the time of pickup.
If you are not satisfied at that time, you may decline the item and receive a refund minus:
• the buyer’s premium (non-refundable)
• $1 restocking fee per item
Once an auction item leaves our building, no refunds, returns, or claims will be accepted.
Additional Condition Disclaimers
To protect both our customers and our business, the following conditions apply:
Medical & Health-Related Items
Due to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and legal restrictions, medical devices, health-related items, personal care products, and any products that may require a prescription are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of condition.
Accessories, Parts & Included Components
Unless specifically stated, items may not include all original accessories, hardware, cords, attachments, manuals, or packaging.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.
Electronics Testing Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, electronics and powered items may be untested. Functionality is not guaranteed.These items are sold strictly AS-IS, with no refunds, returns, or warranty of any kind once purchased or removed from the premises.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accepting an item, failing to comply with stated pickup terms, or abandoning merchandise may result in:
• account suspension
• ban from future sales and auctions
• recovery/legal action if necessary
Abandoned Property
Items not paid for or not picked up within the required time frame may be resold, disposed of, or donated at our discretion, and no refund will be issued.
