Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 12/24/2025
This policy explains how cancellations work for purchases made using any purchase option offered by Doc’s Open Box LLC, including subscriptions, pre-orders, memberships, and payment plans (where applicable). These terms are in addition to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases
If we offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options:

You may cancel a subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date

Cancellations do not apply retroactively

Payments already processed are non-refundable

To cancel, log into your account or contact us at info@docsopenbox.com before the next billing cycle
Pre-Orders
Some items may be made available for pre-order.

Pre-orders may be cancelled only before the item ships or becomes available for pickup

Once shipped or available for pickup, the order is final sale

If the product cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or inventory issues, we will issue a refund
Payment Plans / Partial Payment Options (If Offered)
If payment plans or installment options are available:

Orders must be paid in full based on the required schedule

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any deposits paid

Deposits and payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Auction Purchases (Important)
Auction purchases cannot be cancelled after winning.

Payment is required within 24 hours

Pickup required within 7 days

Auction sales are final under our auction policy
Order Cancellation by Doc’s Open Box LLC
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase option or order if:

Payment is not completed

Fraud or abuse is suspected

Product availability issues occur

Policy terms are violated
If we cancel, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
